About Zander Gladish
Yoga Veteran Zander Gladish has created an integrated yoga program that incorporates the traditional principles of vinyasa yoga with cardio and strength training. This program is great for yoga junkies looking for something new or even for newbies looking for a restorative practice. Zander currently teaches at Yoga Vida and Yoga to the People in New York City. He is also a board certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach and an EFT (emotional freedom technique) specialist.
