  • With elements of boxing and yoga, this sweat-inducing, deep-stretching and high-intensity total body workout is the perfect alternative to a high-impact workout.
  • Amanda keeps the yoga flow simple with basic movements, but adds additional intensity with longer hold periods, punching sequences and plyometric exercises to work every part of your body.

Watch Out

  • If you’re a passionate yogi, the boxing intervals may be more cardio than you’re looking for.
  • It may seem like you need the boxing gloves to achieve the same intensity as the participant, but staying focused and increasing your own body’s internal resistance will achieve the same results.
