  • Trooper Prince will motivate you to complete this hardcore resistance band-based, high-intensity interval workout that will increase your metabolism and burn calories.
  • If you do not have super bands at home, try any resistance band or a set of light weights (five pounds is recommended).

Watch Out

  • Superbands can sometimes be difficult to work with (particularly if you are very tall) so be sure to select a resistance band with the appropriate weight for your condition or substitute with dumbbells.
