Our Take

  • Compete with yourself or with a friend by seeing how many exercises you can get through in the allotted time intervals.
  • This is a great total body workout complete with cardio, strength and endurance exercises plus active rest periods to encourage calorie burn.

  • Pay attention to your body as this workout gets increasingly intense and you don't want to overdo it too quickly.
