This workout requires a 6' by 8' space or larger. If you are tight for space, you can complete the moves by going back and forth in either direction in your space.

  • If you are looking for a new and different way to work your body, Primal will challenge you like never before.
  • This all bodyweight workout is very intense on your upper body as you tone your whole body with basic animal movements in just 20 minutes.

  • This is one of those workouts where you have to be very patient with your body.
  • If you are a beginner, this workout will be challenging, but the more you practice this workout, the easier it will become.
