  • 4' by 6' Space

Video features 8-15lb. dumbbells for the heavy set and 1-5lb. dumbbells for the light set, but choose weights appropriate for your condition. Form is most important!

Form always comes first, so if you need to start with bodyweight and then add weight as time goes on, that is fine.

  • If you need to use a lighter set of weights, don’t be discouraged.
  • This workout is challenging, so work your way up to heavier weights as time goes on.
