  • Perfect for days when you're really short on time, this workout targets every muscle group with quick intervals.

  • Even though the entire session is only twenty minutes, you're going full intensity the entire time so this workout is not fit for rest days.
  • Do the workout safely and within your bounds: If a movement is too challenging, stick to an easier version (several options are always provided).
