Our Take

  • This workout is extremely intense as your heart-rate will jump sky high during the HIIT intervals.
  • Recovery periods will still keep you moving with punches, jumping jacks, and other kickbox combinations.

Watch Out

  • If you’re new to kickbox or Urban Kick, you may want to start with a different workout in the series as this video is quite challenging, particularly at a 150bpm standard pace.
