You have to make the workout work for you. Don’t be afraid to try an easier modification if you’re tired.
- This workout is extremely intense as your heart-rate will jump sky high during the HIIT intervals.
- Recovery periods will still keep you moving with punches, jumping jacks, and other kickbox combinations.
- If you’re new to kickbox or Urban Kick, you may want to start with a different workout in the series as this video is quite challenging, particularly at a 150bpm standard pace.
