Our Take

  • This music-driven cardio kickboxing workout is full of punches, kicks, squats and even burpees so you'll never get bored.
  • This is not your average kickbox video: Just when you think you’ve made it past the punches and kicks, Brit pushes you with HIIT and plyometric drills.

Watch Out

  • The choreography moves extremely quickly so if you’re a beginner, it may take some practice to master all of the movements. Just keep moving and you’ll still burn calories as you learn the moves.
