Grab a towel (if on hardwood floor) or a paper plate (if on carpet) for this workout.

Our Take
- Using a towel, you can simulate the workouts done in a studio with reformers. If you don't have a towel, grab a paper plate!
- Though not all of the movements are high-intensity, the repetition will really have your muscles burning.
Watch Out
- This is great workout to combine with a cardio session that isn't too strenuous on your lower body (maybe not with a spin class!)
