Combining lengthening and toning Pilates exercises with conditioning body weight and functional training using just a towel, this class will have you sweating & shaking while you sculpt muscles and build stamina.

Grab a towel (if on hardwood floor) or a paper plate (if on carpet) for this workout.

Our Take

  • Using a towel, you can simulate the workouts done in a studio with reformers. If you don't have a towel, grab a paper plate!
  • Though not all of the movements are high-intensity, the repetition will really have your muscles burning.

Watch Out

  • This is great workout to combine with a cardio session that isn't too strenuous on your lower body (maybe not with a spin class!)
