Our Take

  • If you’re tired of mundane circuits with reps on reps on reps, this workout is designed for you.
  • This is a fast-paced kickbox workout with functional lower body movements interspersed with fun punching combinations.

Watch Out

  • If you’re the uncoordinated type, the 150bpm pace may overwhelm you initially.
  • However, Shane’s clear cueing and beat-driven movements will make this workout do-able even for first-timers.
