This double header combines Speed Lab with Flex Barre Cardio Infused for a non-stop sweat session.

  • Light Weights
  • 6' by 8' Space

Video features optional 2lb. dumbbells, but choose a weight appropriate for your condition. The featured barre is a specialty piece of fitness equipment that may be purchased at Stamina Products (see link below). Feel free to grab a chair instead.
