Our Take

  • This is a super-simple workout featuring moves you're likely already familiar with: burpees, pushups, situps and squats.
  • With up to 400 repetitions in less than 20 minutes, this workout is incredibly effective no matter your fitness level.

Watch Out

  • With only four unique exercises (one per card suit), you might find the session a bit repetitive.
  • If competition is a motivator for you, keeping up with the rep counts in this workout will certainly be a challenge.
