- This circuit-based class will work your core while testing your cardiovascular fitness level.
- You will complete each exercise 3 times, allowing you to master the moves by the end of your 15-minute workout.
- Three fitness levels will be demonstrated during this workout.
- Start with the level you are comfortable doing, and move up levels to challenge yourself as you improve.
