GRIT by Brit is a leading fitness method focused on holistic wellness through intense home workouts and an encouraging fitness community. The method combines kick-boxing, athletic drills, dance and high intensity intervals choreographed to heart pumping music. The community is based on Brit’s leading fitness and wellness blog that provides customized workouts, professional diet tips and daily inspiration. As former captain of the Cornell University Women’s Varsity Basketball team, Brit’s physical fitness and mental GRIT have been keys to her success. She’s holds several national and global fitness certifications including the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), BeachBody, Les Mills, Schwinn and teaches group fitness classes for W Hotels and 24 Hour Fitness.
