How do I use the music player?
The Booya team curates relevant, frequently updated playlists for the workouts we feature. The playlists are designed to be comparable to what you would expect to hear in a live class.
Once you have the video page loaded on your screen, simply play the video and then click “turn music on.” All tracks have been pre-selected to match the pace of the workout, but if you don’t the music, feel free to skip tracks or keep the music off.
You can also control the volume of the instructor’s voice relative to the music. If you are familiar with the routine and want to crank up the jams, feel free! Make the session work for you.
