How do I get the most out of Booya Fitness?

Our customers love us because of the unbelievable variety of programming that we offer. The #1 most important factor when keeping up with a fitness routine is that you must love what you’re doing.

Our advice is three-fold:

  1. Use the filters to set your basic parameters (mood, goal and setting)
  2. Review the results and descriptions to find the workout that is most interesting to you
  3. Once you complete the workout, we’ll send you an email within 24 hours with targeted recommendations on what you should do next. Take our advice: the workouts will be related, but in different genres that will expose your to different fitness styles and studios.
