Our customers love us because of the unbelievable variety of programming that we offer. The #1 most important factor when keeping up with a fitness routine is that you must love what you’re doing.
Our advice is three-fold:
- Use the filters to set your basic parameters (mood, goal and setting)
- Review the results and descriptions to find the workout that is most interesting to you
- Once you complete the workout, we’ll send you an email within 24 hours with targeted recommendations on what you should do next. Take our advice: the workouts will be related, but in different genres that will expose your to different fitness styles and studios.
