My name is Taylor and I run a health and fitness food blog called "Food Faith Fitness." I have undergone many cycles of "bulking" and "cutting" with some top fitness competitors, and worked with many nutritionists. Doing all of this has taught me a lot about fitness and nutrition, and what works and what doesn't.
