My name is Lea Genders. I am a NASM certified personal trainer that specializes in strength training for runners. I am also the writer behind Running With Ollie blog. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, I now reside in Fort Worth, TX with my husband and my four-legged running partner, Ollie.
