I love to use dance to strengthen and tone the body. Due to injury a few years ago I had to put running and high impact exercise aside. I keep in shape with pilates, yoga, and dance. As a registered dietitian I feel that you need good food to nourish the body and exercise to nourish the mind, body, and soul.
