I am an NYC based Registered Dietitian, Certified fitness professional, and prenatal/postnatal exercise specialist. I have been working in the industry for 9 years. I received my clinical nutrition masters degree from NYU. I also maintain these certifications: NASM CPT, AFAA group exercise instructor, MADDOG cycling and CPR/AED certified.
